We have identified that a software bug, originating from our external Wi-Fi supplier, has been causing disruption to our Wi-Fi provision on campus. Working with our supplier, we have been rolling out a fix for this and will continue to monitor to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Unfortunately, a number of other external factors have contributed to service disruption over the past weeks, including an outage at UCL which impacted us, as well as major Cloudflare outages which affected organisations around the world. However, we are working hard to ensure that service provision is maintained across our campuses.
If you experience wireless issues at any of our campuses, please log a ticket with our IT Service Desk.
Alternatively, if you encounter wireless access issues on site, we encourage you to use computers in our computer labs and library spaces which are free to use and have uninterrupted internet access.
