Following the implementation of a new university-wide wireless solution aimed to modernise our infrastructure and improve our network, we are aware of some performance issues relating to our University Wi-Fi service on campus.

If you experience wireless issues for the first time at any of our campuses, please log a ticket with our IT Service Desk.
Alternatively, if you encounter wireless access issues on site, we encourage you to use computers in our computer labs and library spaces which are free to use and have uninterrupted internet access.
