Take part in the LUMIES student film-making competition and get the chance to be part of cinema history

The best remakes will be projected at our Regent Street Cinema in the summer, at the very place where the Lumiere Brothers first presented their originals to an astonished audience, exactly 125 years ago, thereby marking the birth of British Cinema.

The winning student film-makers in each category will receive a prestigious ‘LUMIE’ award, and when we screen their movies, they will become undisputed world record* holders!
* … the longest wait for a film sequel.

The closing date for all entries is Saturday 5 June 2021.
