Athena Swan charter was established in 2005 by Advance Higher Education in the UK to promote gender equality in higher education and research. It now covers all disciplines and broader aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) than only gender.
How you can support
Please complete the Athena Swan survey, the information gathered is anonymous.
This survey will provide us with information to help shape our work on gender and intersectional equity at Westminster. It aims to capture your lived experiences as and student at Westminster. The findings will be used as the evidence-base for our institutional Athena Swan self-assessment, and for measuring progress on equity in the
By completing the survey, you will help us identify what is working effectively, where further progress is needed, and how we can strengthen gender and other kinds of equity for students.

After you have submitted the survey, you will get a chance to enter a prize draw to win one of twenty Amazon Vouchers worth £25.
