We are currently investigating an issue with some registered swipes at on-site classes not being reflected in the Student Engagement and Attendance system.

We recently found that students whose Student ID numbers starting with the first three digits 2-0-0 who swiped into their on-site classes to log their attendance had not been successfully registered within the SEA attendance system (Swipe, Engage, Achieve). Students with ID numbers that do not start with the first digits 2-0-0 are not affected by this issue.
Please do continue to register your attendance at on-site classes by swiping into the reader until you see a green tick and your student ID number, which indicates it has registered successfully.
We are working on this issue and will reprocess all the affected swipes from the start of the term to Thursday 9 October 2025 in the Student Engagement and Attendance system as soon as possible.
Any swipes made from Thursday 9 October 2025 onwards will not be affected and should appear as usual in the SEA system.
You do not need to contact us about this or do anything further.
