The University of Westminster, in partnership with the Baker Street Quarter Business Improvement District, is collecting food parcels to donate to the Portman Early Childhood Centre this festive period.
The University is hosting a food drive and welcomes donations from both students and colleagues!
Your donations will go to the Portman Early Childhood Centre, a community school supporting children aged 2–4 and their families. They support a safe learning environment for young children and provide extended family services, such as parenting support, adult education, and victim support.
What can I donate?
- Biscuits, chocolate, cakes, mince pies
- Canned soups, stews & beans
- Dry pasta, rice & noodles
- Cereals, crisps & snack bars
- Hot drink items & sugar
- Tinned food (no meat)
- Sauces & condiments
- Canned fruit & puddings
- Jam & chutney
- Cheese & crackers
Where can I donate?
The donation boxes are placed in the Learning Platform at Marylebone Campus.
Donation deadline
We will be accepting donations until Friday 28th November. Your contribution will make a real difference to local families in need this winter!
