In a new college name for our University, the College of Creative Arts and Technologies (CAT) has been launched.
The College comprises the Schools of Architecture and Cities; Computer Science and Engineering; Westminster School of Arts; and Westminster School of Media and Communications.
The new name coincides with a new College strategy and vision:
To be renowned as a vibrant, diverse and globally informed community that brings together teaching, research and industry partners with creativity and innovation. Collectively, we push the boundaries of our disciplines with social and moral responsibility.
The change is designed to further embed the College within the UK’s world-renowned creative industries. Many talented and innovative students from our University are now leaders in these industries, and we continue to work with them to support positive career outcomes for our students into the future.
