Now in its fourth year, the Black History Year (BHY) Create Programme is once again open for applications. This invite-only, six-month personal and professional development programme is designed for final year undergraduate (Level 6) and Master’s (Level 7) students from all colleges who identify as Black or Black mixed heritage at the University of Westminster.
BHY Create focuses on building confidence, visibility and individuality, while supporting students to navigate and challenge systemic barriers to career progression.
Through workshops, group sessions and reflective activities, participants have space to strengthen their personal brand, grow self-belief and develop practical tools to thrive.
