Join us for a special World in Westminster (WIW) Café marking Neurodiversity Celebration Week and Brain Awareness initiatives, creating a welcoming space for conversation, learning, and shared experience.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a global initiative that recognises and celebrates different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world, while encouraging more inclusive environments across universities and communities. Alongside this, Brain Awareness activities highlight the importance of understanding how the brain works, supporting mental wellbeing, and promoting accessible approaches to learning and everyday life.
This WIW Café will bring together students, colleagues, and guest speakers to explore neurodiversity and brain awareness through short talks, interactive workshops, and informal activities. The session aims to raise awareness, challenge misconceptions, and celebrate diverse cognitive strengths, while offering practical tools and supportive conversations in a relaxed café style setting.
The programme will include guest speakers from clinical psychology, coaching, accessibility, and lived experience, alongside interactive activities designed for participants to explore individually or together. Whether you are curious to learn more, seeking practical strategies, or simply looking for a supportive community space, everyone is welcome.
