Westminster Wellbeing Webinars

Teaming up with NHS professionals, the university’s Wellbeing Advisors bring you the Westminster Wellbeing Webinars series. A collection of online talks for all students, the sessions are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – an evidence-based therapy used widely in the NHS. The sessions will equip attendees with an understanding of their own wellbeing and strategies to support it, throughout the pandemic and beyond.
