Procrastination is the act of putting off or delaying an activity that usually requires immediate attention because it is associated with feelings of unpleasantness. Although procrastination may seem helpful at the time, we may prolong the unpleasant feeling and increase our anxiety. Sometimes, procrastination can lead us to ignore tasks that may impact our lives on a larger scale as they seem overwhelming - writing an assignment, for example, or attending a doctor’s appointment, etc.

Procrastination, however, is not inevitable. This interactive workshop will provide strategies and tools based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) that will help you to tackle procrastination, boost motivation and achieve your goals.
