About the event

On Wednesday 29 November we are launching our sustainable urbanism-themed walking tour, and we would like to invite you to join us.

This tour was co-produced by staff and students as part of a QHT-funded project and aims to promote experiential learning and a better understanding of sustainable urbanism amongst our students. It also helps showcase the research expertise of Sustainable Cities and the Urban Environment Research Community members.  The route links our Marylebone Campus and Regent Street campuses, turning the walk between these sites into a learning experience.

On 29 November we will be distributing pocket-sized copies of the self-guided version of the tour and launching the digital/audio version which has been produced in association with Open-City. We will also tell you about our plans to provide in-person tours for our students, using student guides who have been trained as part of the project.

The launch event is taking place 1-2:30pm in MG28, Marylebone Campus on 29 Nov. You can sign up for the event using this link

Following the launch of the tour, hard copies of the self-guided version will be available from behind reception at our Marylebone Campus, and the online version will be available via the Open-City website.
