Sleep Well for Wellbeing: What the research tells us & how you can support good sleep

Join us on Tuesday 24 November at 12:00-13:30 for CETi’s “Wellbeing in Learning” community launch event.

This event brings together the Health Innovation Ecosystem and the Sleep Charity to help people sleep more soundly. The sleep webinar will explore a range of engaging content including the benefits of sleep for health and wellbeing.

The webinar will provide an opportunity to learn about different strategies to help with sleep and hear about research findings exploring sleep disturbance, mental health, wellbeing and educational impact in UK university students.

The talk will be led by Lisa Artis, a Deputy CEO, and Vicky Dawson, CEO & Founder of The Sleep Charity, a voluntary service that has a team of experts working in the field of sleep, and a Research Fellow Dr Skaiste Linceviciute from the Health Innovation Ecosystem at the University of Westminster.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the importance of sleep and hear valuable tips and advice for improving your sleep, particularly during these challenging times.

Book your place here (spaces are limited).

Joining instructions will be sent one day before the event.
