Your University course will require you to reflect upon your experience and learning. This workshop will explain what is meant by 'Reflective Practice' and how developing your ability to think in this way can contribute to both individual and group well-being in a number of ways.

Significantly – being able to break down a performed task in terms of what went right and what could be improved can mean greater success for the future.
