Aimed at final-year students (UG and PGT) and recent graduates, this series of workshops enables you to practice an employer’s assessment centre. These events are delivered in partnership with an external provider (Gradcore).
The online session will give you the opportunity to take part in 2 exercises which will allow you to practice in a safe and confidential environment where you will benefit from experienced advice and guidance from a trained assessor.
The exercises you will take part in will include:
- group exercise with up to four other graduates working as a team to address a task. This will help you demonstrate several behaviours including teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence and motivation.
- the preparation and delivery of a short presentation, assessing your ability to communicate, your commercial awareness and your motivation and drive for results. This is a great opportunity for you to practise your skills for interviewing ahead of making applications for future roles.
