In this interactive workshop, based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), you will learn how unhelpful thinking patterns can leave us stuck and how practical tools can help overcome low mood.

The strategies will focus on ways to help you feel more motivated and consider how you can find a balance across your day-to-day activities.
