This interactive workshop will be hosted by Harpal Dhatt, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Visiting Lecturer on Positive Psychology and the world’s first Kindness Chef.

Harpal has created the 'Kindness A to Z of Wellbeing' and serves nourishing recipes and menus to help you take care of your mental wellbeing to increase your resilience.

This workshop will help you learn more about your realised and unrealised strengths for your future career.

Please note that the session requires completion of a free starter profile in advance, or an introductory profile including a career guide if you wish to attend.

Bring your profile to the workshop to:

  • discover your top 3 realised strengths, 3 unrealised strengths, 2 learned behaviours and 1 weakness in the 'Free Starter Profile'
  • learn how to use the 'Strengths profile' to start your strengths journey, gain self-awareness of what you love to do and support any job applications
  • create a 'KIND' plan of action for utilising your strengths for your future career.

Book your place to the event and download the free starter profile via Engage.

The workshop is created for final-year students, postgraduates and recent graduates from the classes of 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
