About the event

This 90-minute workshop is delivered in partnership with Rachel Wells, Corporate Career Coach/Trainer and will cover the importance of communication as a soft skill, especially in the post-pandemic environment.

The lack of good communication skills is the cause of the breakdown of business partnerships, team and management relationships, as well as business and career success. It has often been pointed to as a tell-tale sign of a bad workforce and low EQ. And yet, it's one of the skills we tend to pay the least attention to. Maybe we see it as least important, compared to the more technical aspects of our careers. Maybe you, like most people, are scared of public speaking, which has been proven to be a #1 fear we have.

If you want to learn how to communicate in a way that will inspire, motivate, empower, bring about rapport and connection, and drive meaningful change, or simply take your existing communication skills to the next level, this workshop is for you.
