It is very normal to have unhelpful thoughts, e.g. ‘I can’t do this’ or ‘I’m not good enough’. However, we can get stuck in vicious cycles, so it is worth taking a step back to observe these thoughts to check if they may be unhelpful right now. 

In this interactive workshop, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, learn how to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns in order to develop stronger self-confidence.
