How do you look after yourself? This session will introduce you to ways of maintaining and improving your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during your time at University.

We will provide you with information about wellbeing services at the University and beyond. This session is open to all students and there will be time for questions with the Wellbeing Advisers at the end.

Both sessions will be led by Anne-Marie Joyes.
