Inclusive Futures: Insights

Our Inclusive Futures: Insights (IFI) programme offers you the chance to expand your network, boost your confidence and gain valuable insights into London's diverse career opportunities.

What's involved?

As part of the programme, you'll:

  • attend an in-person introductory workshop to connect with fellow IFI participants
  • join exclusive Insight Days hosted by leading graduate employers in London
  • document your key learnings after each Insight Day on CareerZone
  • take part in short-term mentoring sessions and group mentoring
  • complete online career-related activities to enhance your employability

You'll need to ensure you can attend all mentoring and insight sessions, scheduled on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm.

Who's eligible?

This programme is open to first- and second-year undergraduates who are:

  • enrolled and studying full-time
  • paying UK tuition fees

Additionally, you should meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • identify as female
  • first in your family to attend university
  • first-generation English speaker in your family
  • reside in a housing association or council property
  • are a carer, care leaver or estranged student
  • identify as Black or Asian
  • were eligible for free school meals in the last six years

Most of our programmes are open to all students, while some are for those who are underrepresented across our programmes and in the wider workforce – including women, students from Black or Asian backgrounds, those from lower-income backgrounds and students with social or communication impairments.

This year, the Inclusive Futures: Insights programme will prioritise female applicants as part of the selection process.
