Autistic Talent Internships

If you’re an autistic student or graduate, you can apply for paid internship opportunities through our Autistic Talent Internship scheme. 

What's involved?

You can gain hands-on experience in a professional setting – building your skills and confidence for your future career.

The scheme offers:

  • paid work experience in a real-world setting 
  • a variety of roles to choose from – past interns have worked in areas like healthcare, fashion, media, marketing and web design 
  • flexible start dates to fit around your studies 
  • around 280 hours of work experience – working hours are typically flexible, with full- and part-time options available
  • application support and interview practice to help you secure a role

You can apply for roles if you’re an autistic student or recent graduate (within the last three years).
