The online race journal darkmatter held a symposium on 'post-racial imaginaries' at Regent Street Campus on Saturday 14 May. Supported by the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Languages, the event brought together leading race scholars and critical practioners to discuss the concept of post-raciality.

Speakers included Miri Song (University of Kent), Denise Ferreira da Silva (Queen Mary), Mark Sealy (Autograph ABP) and Brett St Louis (Goldsmiths). The event was followed by a wine reception to celebrate the recruitment of an international advisory board.
