Producer Sigala, who graduated from the University of Westminster in 2013, has scored his third top 5 hit with Say You Do.

The track, which samples the Mariah Carey classic Always Be My Baby, charted at number 5 this week. Say You Do is a collaboration with DJ Fresh and up-and-coming singer Imani.

The song also managed to hit number 1 on the Official Sales Chart, as well as reaching the top spot on the Official Trending Chart. The track is the follow-up to Sweet Lovin’, which spent seven weeks in the top 10. Sweet Lovin’ currently sits at 46 on the chart.

Sigala’s debut single, Easy Love, reached number 1 last summer, selling 82,000 copies. Last September, Sigala gave his first live performance with Craig David in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.

The London-based producer, whose real name is Bruce Fielder, graduated just three years ago from the Commercial Music BA Honours with First Class Honours.

The University of Westminster’s Commercial Music BA Honours was the first in the UK to offer the opportunity to learn, practise and experiment with the artistic and business strategies in today’s music industry. The course is taught in the Westminster School of Media, Arts and Design.
