At the ceremony, WBC fought off fierce competition from Centrale Lille Projets to win the award. In their winner’s speech, the consultants thanked the members of the team unable to attend the award, who were watching via livestream, and noted the global reach of WBC who have ten international partners across four continents.
Speaking about the win, Managing Director of Westminster Business Consultants Shaurya Pandey said: “Winning the award for Most International Junior Enterprise of Europe 2016 is not a personal achievement, it is a team effort with the objective of leaving a legacy for the coming generations. The junior enterprise concept can be discovered at its best during the yearly JADE Spring Meeting.
“It is an honour and pleasure to represent Westminster Business School in Brussels.”
To win the award, the consultants had to present their consultancy to the other junior entrepreneurs, institutions and corporate partners. This featured a keynote speech from the former President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy.
