Make healthy and sustainable living your New Year’s resolution and drop into the University’s Wellbeing Day!

Venue: Marylebone Campus, Learning Platform

Our Wellbeing Day is fast approaching and all students are encouraged to attend – entrance is free.

The event aims to highlight the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, promote the importance of caring for your physical and mental health, and encourage sustainable living at and outside the University.

What will be available

Come along for these and much more:

  • free health and fitness assessments
  • complementary therapy taster sessions
  • cookery demonstrations, fruit give-aways and food tasting
  • free bicycle servicings
  • swap shop - give away your unloved belongings and give a new home to someone else's

All health-related assessments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will last for about ten minutes.

We also have a range of prizes to be won, including University gym member for one academic year and organic food vouchers for home delivery.

Chiltern Hall Activities and talks

We'll be holding a yoga class in Chiltern Hall (make sure you wear comfortable clothes) and a talk on building resilience and positive thinking.
