This year, National Student Money Week (NSMW) will take place over a full 4 weeks.

Our Student Affairs team are running a variety of events to help you get to grips with your finances – see below for some examples.

Budgeting clinics

Date/time: every Monday for the 4 weeks of NSMW (10, 17, 24 February and 3 March)
Venue: 1st floor, 101 New Cavendish Street

One-to-one budgeting sessions with a Student Adviser. You can discuss your income and spending, plus any debt issues you may have, or just find out how to manage your money better while you are at university.

Wellbeing Day

Date/time: Wednesday 12 February
Venue: Main foyer, 115 New Cavendish Street

We'll be there with taste tests - see if you can try taste the difference between big name brands and supermarket own foods, wealth checks and freebies.

Budgeting mini-workshop

Date/time: Thursday 20 February, 12pm
Venue: Room FG02, Harrow Campus

Laura Wood, the University Financial Capability Adviser, will be running a fun 30-minute workshop on managing your money. Pizza and soft drinks will be available.

Part-time work stall

Date/time/venue: Tuesday 18 February, 12-2pm, in the main foyer at 115 New Cavendish Street/Thursday 27 February, 12-2pm, at the Forum in our Harrow Campus
