We have analysed the results and considered all of your feedback and the results booklet shows how much of a difference your views make. Some of the findings were:
- There was an 85.4% satisfaction rating for the way in which you are treated at the library
- 82.6 % satisfaction for the overall quality of the library service
- 82% satisfaction for the way in which the library helped your academic progress
Some of the improvements we have already made include a self - service Mac lending service at Harrow Library, a face to face Ask a Librarian service at Cavendish Library for 2 hours each weekday in term-time and thousands of additional e-books to support your studies.
