This is a prestigious win in what is a highly competitive area – and it's the second win in a row for Westminster Business School's Leadership and Development Department. The programme is planned to run over three years and will support the development of around 240 of the most senior House of Commons staff. It is designed to offer delegates a flexible, scalable programme that they can map to their individual developmental needs. The scope of the programme covers not only leadership, but the management and technical competencies required by leaders. This innovatively designed programme goes beyond the delivery of standard workshops and has a range of activities to embed knowledge and support and demonstrate change in real-life business practice.
This project will support the development of our current work on the assessment of impact of training on senior managers.
