These awards are part of the university’s award-winning £4.2m scholarship scheme.
With the exception of the awards for the part-time MBA course (deadline: 1 December 2011), this completes the university’s scholarships programme for 2011/12.
Director of Scholarships Colin Matheson said making the decisions had been particularly difficult this year with more than 4,000 well qualified students applying.
He said: "Sadly we have had to turn down many excellent students this year, but we hope that those we have been able to help will benefit enormously from their scholarship.
"Those that have been successful are the best of the best and should be immensely proud of their achievement."
The university is working hard to raise further funds so it can increase the number of scholarships offered.
The aim is to create 100 new awards in the near future.
