A group of history students taking The London Blitz: Image, Impact, Legacy module recently spent a morning at the City of Westminster Archives Centre in Victoria.

They listened to a fascinating talk by Harvey Gould, who had lived through the Blitz as a young boy in Soho, watched films, and saw and handled a wide range of objects from wartime London, including
gas masks and a (defused) incendiary bomb.
