Our timetabling arrangements need an overhaul to meet the changing needs of our students, staff and the University.

This week, a project group has been set up to look into the options. A project plan has been developed, which will run in distinct phases between now and September 2014.

The project aims to:

  • provide for 'smarter learning' and a student-friendly academic programme
  • improve the student experience
  • use space more effectively and efficiently
  • facilitate new developments in teaching methodologies, modules, courses etc to further enhance the learning experience.

In order to develop a process that works for both staff and students, we are looking for input from across the University.

Get involved

Between now and the end of the calendar year, we’ll be capturing all the needs of the University and developing a road-map to deliver the project. This is your chance to feed in.
