Free weekly classes in mindfulness meditation in the Thai Buddhist tradition will run every Tuesday evening from 19 January 2016 until the end of March.

Throughout the spring term, you're invited to take part in meditation classes in mindfulness of breathing, organised by The Samatha Trust.

Mindfulness of breathing is a traditional Buddhist meditation and through its regular practice our minds can experience greater states of calm ("Samatha") and a sense of freedom in daily life.

It doesn't matter if you have previous experience or are a complete beginner to meditation – the class is open to all and free to attend. There is no need to book, just come along.

You may wish to bring a cushion to sit on.

When: Tuesdays 7.30pm
