From 19 September the FixIT Centre will be called the Service Desk.

Work is being carried out to bring together the various online reporting systems. This name change reflects a service that will offer support for more than just IT requests.

Over the coming weeks references to FixIT on posters and webpages will be updated with Service Desk. We will keep you updated over the coming months with what you can access via the Service Desk.

A new online system will soon be implemented, which has a more user-friendly interface and enhanced online customer handling features. More information will be provided soon.

Meanwhile, the ways you make IT requests remains unchanged: call us on 5488 or log a request online via
