ISLS has introduced a new out of hours IT support service via the FixIT Centre from 5pm – 9am on weekdays and throughout the weekend.

During these times you can get help with:

  • password resets and general IT account queries for student accounts
  • email advice
  • general IT advice and troubleshooting
  • general queries and guidance

If your request or problem can't be dealt with and resolved by the out of hours service, your query will be followed up as soon as possible by the FixIT Centre team from 9am the following day.
