From Monday 13 April 9am to Friday 17 April 5pm, the timetabling and library room booking system (CMISGo) will be unavailable while we perform an essential upgrade to improve the performance of the system.

You will not be able to access your personal timetable information or make library group study room bookings, however if you have subscribed to your ical feed, you will still be able to access your timetable information in this way.

If you have not yet subscribed to your timetable and wish to do so, instructions are available in the Know how to access your timetable PDF.

Once subscribed, you will have access to your timetable and room bookings as a calendar on your choice of device (or devices), including smartphone, tablet or PC/Mac.

We will endeavour to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible so may be able to release the system before Friday 17 April – updates will be posted to the IT service status page.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, but we are confident that the result will be an improvement to your experience with the timetabling system.
