First up is Professor Danny Nicol, returning his interest in Doctor Who. This is a precursor to the Dr Who symposium in September 2014, and is based around a screening of Episode 10 of the War Games story from 1969.
Following this we have David Griffiths, also known as King Cnut, fresh from a sold-out run of shows at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2013, who has agreed to perform his award-winning show 'C U In Court' for us on 5 February 2014 at 6pm.
We are also delighted to announce that Professor Christian Armbruester, visiting us on an Erasmus exchange, has agreed to deliver a session on merchandising rights on 17 February 2014.
Finally, PhD student and football agent Serhat Yilmaz is organising an event entitled ‘The Regulation of Sports Agents’ on 27 February 2014 at 1pm. More details to follow on this, but make a note of the date and time.
These events are open to everyone in and outside the University. If you are not a member of staff or student at the University of Westminster, please contact Ian Blake to register your attendance and guarantee your place, at [email protected]
