Spinder Dhaliwal, Director of Postgraduate Studies at Westminster Business School, was featured on BBC World TV’s Business Live with Tanya Beckett on 24 November 2016.

Interviewed on the BBC programme Behind the Headlines, Spinder talked about millennials leading the way in today’s entrepreneurial landscape. Drawing on the successes of 12 young self-starters including two Westminster Business School alumni – Sarah Watkinson-Yull, Creative Director of Yull Shoes, and Kristian Else, Founder of HallBookers.co.uk – Spinder discussed how millennial entrepreneurs are well-placed to make dynamic changes in the economy through entrepreneurial skill, astounding levels of self-motivation and creativity.

The inspiration for Spinder’s discussion comes from both her work as Reader in Entrepreneurship at Westminster Business School and her recently published book The Millennial Millionaire, How Young Entrepreneurs Turn Dreams Into Business.

Spinder is continually engaged in the conversation around entrepreneurship and education and has also recently written for the Chartered Association of Business Schools blog.
