Congratulations to Dr Ainurul Rosli for winning the Best Full Paper Award (Innovation) at the 29th British Academy of Management Annual conference (BAM2015) in Portsmouth (8–10 September 2015).

The prize-winning paper, co-authored with colleagues from the University of East Anglia, the University of London and the University of Kent, was titled: Value co-creation dimensions in inter-organisational collaborative projects: the case of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.

The paper explores the process of value co-creation in the context of knowledge-intensive collaborations between universities and businesses.

Dr Ainurul Rosli joined during the summer as Senior Lecturer in Business Strategy in the Department of Marketing and Business Strategy.
