Ou Quing said: "The MA in Film and Television not only provided me with a wonderful curriculum but also tutors who are knowledgeable, professional and responsible, such as Ian Green, the Course Leader. The study of film inspired me to reconsider the fashion industry, which I had covered as a television journalist in China for ten years, in both its artistic and social values. There is an interplay between film and fashion that has far-reaching significance. That’s what inspired me to write this book."
