Professor Angela Clow, Emeritus Professor in Psychology, was featured in BBC Online article and in the Irish Mail on Sunday about how to tackle stress.

The two articles mentioned Professor Clow’s work with Dr Michael Mosley which tested different anti-stress techniques including mindfulness, gardening and yoga. Whilst the mindfulness group seemed to come out on top, the key finding was that people who actually enjoyed doing their activities were the ones with a decreasing stress hormone level.
