Dr Bradley Elliott, Lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Sciences, appeared on ITV’s 100 Years Younger in 21 Days measuring the health and biological age of eight older UK celebrities.

The four-part series sees eight UK celebrities go through rigorous intervention covering diet, exercise and wellness to see if it will improve their health and overall body age. Dr Elliott measured each celebrity’s cognitive (‘brain age’) and physical (‘body age’) function and used this information plus high-resolution face scans to build a biological age score for each celebrity. The research was carried out in laboratories at the University of Westminster.
