Large law firms have helped engineer the globalization movement. In so doing, they too have become global institutions, creating tensions in professional regulation. Prof. John Flood will discuss his new paper analyzing the regulation of multijurisdictional law firms. He will argue that large international law firms undermine, modify, escape and reconstruct professional regulation regimes.
