The Department of Politics and International Relations will be hosting this year’s Doctoral Researcher Conference on 7 February. It will feature 14 presentations by researchers in the department, including the following with a sustainability theme:
- Pension schemes and sustainable investing: the promise of deliberative governance (Emmeline Cooper)
- Addressing the legacy of spatial and social fragmentation: a comparative case study of Johannesburg and Cape Town (Zubeida Lowton)
- Evaluating legitimacy for new forms of governance (Jan Gerhards)
- Devolution at the neighbourhood level: London borough governance and situated anti-politics (Graham Pycock)
