The November edition of MBA Tuesday Club will feature guest speaker Arthur Weiss – an MBA alumnus and Managing Director of the marketing intelligence consultancy AWARE. Arthur will share his expertise in the topic of competitive intelligence and how it can be used to create a competitive advantage for your business.

About the talk

Competitive intelligence (CI) is the business discipline that helps companies gather the knowhow to succeed against competitors, anticipate new trends, and really identify and satisfy customer needs. It provides a guide and roadmap to ensuring a sustainable competitive advantage – now and in the future.

Arthur's talk will give an overview of what CI is, how it is conducted, ethical problems and what happens to organisations when intelligence is ignored – as, for example, with Nokia's response to the Apple iPhone. 

The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and an opportunity to network over drinks and canapes.
