Content

Managing a successful project, of any size, invariably means a project manager must face the challenge of gaining buy-in from others.

Working in small groups and in plenary, participants in this session will identify who their stakeholders are, review the tools and techniques of gaining and sustaining stakeholder commitment and how to manage the stakeholder expectations.

Benefits of attending

Participants will have been introduced to tools, techniques and strategies that they can easily implement to develop, improve and/or sustain constructive relationships with their own stakeholders.

Speaker

Ruth Sacks, Senior Lecturer in Leadership Development

Ruth has worked as an organisation development and change management consultant and has managed multi-million pound projects in the public and private sectors. All involved the management of multiple cross-organisational stakeholder groups.
