Managing conflict and resolving disputes: synthesising research and practice to inform policy

This is the final event in the “Exploring conflict in the workplace “series of seminars run by Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).

The final seminar will seek to bring academics, practitioners and policy-makers together to examine the themes  that have emerged during the series. The seminar will comprise of short presentations by Seminar Rapporteurs who will describe the potential implications for practice and policy of each of the five seminars outlined above. There will be a wide representation, from major public and private sector employers; employer-representative organisations such as the CBI, EEF,  FSB, BCC and CIPD; TUC and major trade unions; and governmental and policy-making organisations such as BIS, the Ministry of Justice, Acas and the Citizens Advice Bureau.
