
This yoga taster session is open to all students.
Participants are advised to wear loose clothing and are welcome to bring their own mats if they wish.
This yoga session will help improve your overall wellbeing and reduce feelings of depression and tiredness. You will also learn breathing techniques to reduce stress in your daily life.
The sessions will be facilitated by Yoga Teacher and Therapist James Chapman who has over 23 years of experience and 1,400 hours of training. Along with teaching at many yoga centres, he has worked extensively in mental health and addiction recovery for various drug rehabs and charities, and he has also taught yoga within the NHS.
