As students, your mental health is crucial to your success and happiness. University life can bring both excitement and challenges. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed at times. Seeking help and support is a sign of strength.

Hopeful Horizons: Mental Health Support Fair"

Time: Thursday 14 March, 11am-2pm
Location: Marylebone Foyer and Harrow Forum

On the day, you will find activities promoting positive wellbeing and offering mental health strategies and resources. There will be:

  • Interactive Activities for you to learn practical strategies to manage stress and enhance your mental wellbeing
  • Supportive Stalls for you to discover resources and support for your wellbeing and mental health. We have partnered with Strides, Coves, Westminster Talking Therapies and other local mental health organisations to ensure you have access to a wide range of valuable wellbeing-related information
  • Smoothie Bikes onsite at both Harrow and Marylebone campuses for you to make your own healthy smoothies
  • Guidance and Resources available for you to understand the support you can access at the University and externally. Reaching out is so important, and we are there to support you in finding the most appropriate service you need.
