Our Speaker - Janey Holliday

Janey Holliday is an experienced mindset, life, and business coach who has been in the well-being and coaching industry for over 22 years. Her ethos is simple: let’s get your mind working for you, rather than against you. Whether that’s making something extraordinary happen, coping with life’s plot twists better, improving your day-to-day life experience, building a life where you thrive, or simply embracing your one life.

Janey is an upbeat and engaging speaker, with a wealth of professional and personal experience and has a friendly and no-nonsense approach. Janey’s first job after university was working for the government in Westminster. And she is looking forward to coming in to share her tips and answer any questions you may have. Janey is a single Mum of 3 (14-year-old twin boys and a 7-year-old daughter, who is autistic). She lives in Sidmouth, Devon. And when she’s not changing the lives of others, you’ll find her on her paddle board out at sea!
